* I study in the morning = I study in the mornings
* He works on Sundays = He works on Sunday

* What kind of music do you listen to? = What kind of music do you listen?

* I work at a bank = I work in a bank

THESE ARE ALL OK. THE PLURAL FORM STRESSES THE HABITUAL NATURE; THE SINGULAR FORM COULD BE READ ALTERNATIVELY AS A PREDETERMINED FUTURE.

'What kind of music do you listen to?' THE 'TO' IS REQUIRED. YOU CAN RECAST AS: 'To what kind of music do you listen?'

'I work at a bank = I work in a bank' BOTH ARE OK. THE FIRST STRESSES THE NATURE OF THE BUSINESS; THE SECOND STRESSES THE LOCATION. BUT HERE THE SENTENCES ARE VIRTUALLY SYNONYMOUS.
