The following sentence is taken from our quotation list, I would like to know if there is something wrong with it?

"the above prices are quoted on our Grade A standard and are subjected to your demanded quantity of our products."

You can use the word "subject" with supporting words as:
"The above prices are for our standard Grade A items, subject to change depending on the ordered quantity of our products."
