Default can anyone help me to correct the grammar?

this is the intro of my essay.

In this semester, I took the ESL 82 class in College of San Jose. It’s writing skills class designed to give student practice in sentence mechanics, structure, and composition. I had done so many activities in this class, such as reading, writing, group work, class discussing, and grammar. I enjoyed this class very much because it was very interesting, and it really improved my reading and writing skills. I learned a lot from this class. However, POV, class discussing, and grammar were the most helpful parts in this ESL 82 for me, because they made me feel more comfortable about reading and writing in English.
