Signed for and on behalf of
I am currently typing a letter and would like to end it with For and Behalf of (then the company name and then signed by the name of the Director how do I position this on the letter, do I still put yours sincerely or like I have put below:-
Signed for and on behalf of Smith & Co
Re: Signed for and on behalf of
It is not necessary to include this formula, which is very outdated. Since the signatory is an officer of the company, it is accepted that he/she is representing them.
