    Hi,

    could you please tell me what "directing the instruction" means in the following sentence:

    The Federal Prosecution Service is responsible for directing the instruction, lodging the complaint and organizing general hearings, as well as applying the sentence.

    No. I don't get it, either. Sorry!

    Normally, I'd think it meant "managing the training" or "supervising the education," but that makes no sense in this sentence.
