Bhai. Are there any difference between "few" and "a few" besides a few for positive sentences and few for negative, I mean in amount for instance, is always a small amount or notī. There are a few apples left. This means that there are some apples left, maybe not very many but there are some. There are few people who are capable of climbing Mount Everest. There are some who can, but there are not very many people in the world who can do it.
My other question is: He can do what he likes. Past: He couldn't do what he liked or He could do what he liked. He could do what he liked.
Thanks in advance
