Could someone please give an example of a reflexive pronoun. TIA.

Here are all five:
myself
himself
herself
itself
themselves
They come in sentences after the noun they refer to:
I'd rather do it myself.
He did it himself.
Wanda hurt herself.
The world can't fix itself.
The musicians composed it themselves.

PS -
In the U.S., people constantly use the word myself incorrectly. When they don't know whether to say me or I, they say myself, instead. If effect, they've decided it's better to be wrong on purpose all the time than to be right by accident half the time.
-My friend and myself took the day off.
-The committee selected fifteen tuba players, three acrobats, a tree surgeon, and myself.
