Is there a difference in the meanings of:
1-We need someone like you who speaks English well.
2-We need someone like you, who speaks English well.
Does the comma change anything?
In which case do you speak English well and in which don't you?
that's pretty subtle, but i would say the 2nd one is saying they need someone who speaks English well, like you and the 1st one is saying they need someone who has all of your qualifications PLUS speaks English well (ie we like you, but your English sucks)
