Does Saturday include working day?
Hello~ Can you help me say this naturally please?
A: So, how long it’s going to take to have the permission letter?
B: I think maximum 7 working days.
A: Does Saturday include working day?
B: No, we don’t count Sat and Sunday.
A: Do you think I can enroll on the computer first?
Even though I don’t get the permission letter?
B: ⓐYes, with regardless of the permission letter, you can first enroll on the net.
ⓑYes, enroll on the net has got anything to do with the permission letter.
A: Oh, that’s good… Otherwise others will take over good classes.

A: Do you think I can enroll on the computer first, without or before getting the permission letter?
B: Oh! Yes, regardless of whether you have the permission letter or not, you can first enroll on the net.
A: Oh, that’s good… Otherwise others will take over good lessons/classes.

Do you mean
1) How long will it take you to write the permission letter?;
2) When do you think the permission letter will arrive?;
3) When do you think the permission letter will be ready?;
4) or something else?
B: I think maximum 7 working days. I think it will take a maximum of seven working days.
A: Does Saturday include working day?
Is Saturday considered a working day?
B: No, we don’t count Sat and Sunday.
A: Do you think I can enroll on the computer in the meantime?
Even before I receive the permission letter?
B: ⓐYes, with regardless of the permission letter, you can first enroll on the net.
ⓑYes, enrolling on the net hasn't got anything to do with the permission letter.
A: Oh, that’s good… Otherwise the best courses will fill up before I can enroll.
I hope this is helpful,
Petra

Or something like that.
