roll over
Sebastian- You wanna talk about it?
Veronica- No, it's not worth talking about.
S- If it's keeping you up, it is.
V- Oh, it's just... it's nothing, you know. Michael's case.
S- You did the best you could.
V- Yeah, but he didn't. He just sort of rolled over. He didn't put up a fight. It's not like him. I'm sorry. I shouldn't be talking about him.
(Hi! What does "roll over" mean in this context? Thank you!
)
S- Hey, if it's on your mind, it's on your mind, right? Good night.

Re: roll over
He rolled over = he let himself be beaten = he didn't fight = he gave up.

Not to be confused with:
S- "Hey, if it's on your mind, it's on your mind, right? Good night." And with that, he rolled over and went to sleep.
roll over: from sleeping, say, on the left side of your bed, you roll over in bed so that you are now lying on your right side.
Not to be confused with:
"It's a Rollover Lottery this week!"
