I wonder how far those kids will get in life. It's why America has the ****holes it does.

the implication is that they aren't going to accomplish much in life, if they live past the age of 27 and aren't in jail, they'll likely be homeless or some welfare queen (woman who has lots of kids to get lots of social security money)
