self-indulgent
*When you say to someone that he/she is too self-indulgent, can you say like:
1. You're too self indulgent.*
2. You're too indulgent on yourself.
3. You're too easy on yourself.
Which of them are commonly used? Or anything better?
Thank you.*

Dear bouji:
Numbers 1 and 3 sound natural. Number 2 does not.
However, these are not sentences one would say lightly to another person. They are critical at a very personal level. Perhaps if you know the person very well, you could say these things in a light-hearted way, with a small laugh. But, as serious criticism of another person, anyone who says these things should be prepared for hurt feelings.
Best wishes,
Petra
