Can you help me reword this sentenance
In regards to the service awards there have been a few people ask if you can order from a service award below yours for example if you are a 25 year employee and want to order from a 20 yr or 15 yr you can do that.

I don't understand what "order from a service award below yours" means.
If you want to be a real stickler, use may instead of can:
may = is or are permitted to
can = has or have the physical ability to
May can sound a little old-fashioned, though, and can is accepted everywhere.
