{Skye, is this a special copy card, or a debit card, or a regular credit card? You would say different things in each different case, but this could work}:
Hi, I'd like to charge some copying to my credit card.
or
Hi, I'd like to but a copy card.
or
Hi, I'd like to use a debit card for my copying.
B: You should charge at least $1's worth.
A: How much do you charge for 1 page?
B: It's $0.10 a page.
A: What is the due of this charge card?
When does this card expire?
or
How long is this card good for?
B: You can use it until you graduate.
I hope this is helpful,
Petra

Sorry for the poor explanation,, I'd like to explain the situatioin,,,
I have a library card and with this card I can borrow books and copy books. To copy books, I need to charge money to the card. So I went to library and ask a staff.

'Hi, I'd like to charge some copying to my card.'
They'll understand that you mean your library card. 'Credit card' usually refers to a commercial card (VISA, Mastercard, etc.)
