Pleas check my below letter and give me advice and also write more sentence about this situation bcz I want to write this letter in International Co. for my query It's not solve untill the date.

Dear Sir,

I would like to inform you that I purchased Maruti Swift VDI (Minor) Diesel Model on Dt.30/09/2008 vide your Invoice no : 0102-R02213-KRDCD9. For these I had given payment as per details below.

Particular Amount

Chq. No : 371598 of AMCO Bank dt.14/08/2008 - Rs.1,25,000/- at time of Booking
Chq. No.: 401719 of AMCO Bank dt.17/09/2008 - Rs. 64,293/- for delivery on such date.
Reliance Capital Car Loan Co. dt.30/09/2008 - Rs.3,86,256/- full & final payment.

Rs.5,75,549/-

Now my query is I had given payment Rs.5,75,549/- but I had only received invoice of Rs.5,28,445/-. As per my book of account Rs.47,104/- is remaining, for that I want to clarification from your side.

I would request you to please reply as soon as possible.

Now my query is I have made payments totalling Rs.5,75,549/- but the invoice quotes the figure of of Rs.5,28,445/-. My accounts show that apparently the sum of Rs.47,104/- is outstanding. I need clarification as to why..
