"īn accordance with" vs "īn line with" ?
Dear Teachers,
How do you use or differ "in accordance with" and "in line with" from each other? Do they mean the same and function equally?
If I want to express "the new technology complies with the National Standards", which one is better to use? Or "comply with" is the best choice?
Thank you very much!
