Default email account

Please, send it to my work email account.

Hi,

In English, is an "email" a message that transits on the web and the "email account" the container where those emails are kept?

How do native speakers refer to their email account, please?

Do they say "email" or "email account"?

Thanks.

PS. Which verb a native would use instead of the blue one, please?
