    Is it correct to say:

    Dispatching works and tasks with appropriate and complete instructions.

    OR

    Dispatching works and tasks with appropriate and fully completed instructions.

    ???

    Could you explain what you mean by 'works and tasks'? Also, 'dispatching': in what sense?
