    Actually, you've raised the first question. Is it possible to use 'in' instead of 'of' ?
    I would like to enhance my knowledge in / of English language

    To my knowledge, ' Of ' is the correct one but if we used 'In', would the sentence be correct? and if so, what would be the difference both prepositions make? Is the use of make here correct or should be made?
