In the above sentence instead of 'have' if i use 'had' will the sentence would be incorrect and kindly explian me grammar rule here....

No 'had' would not be correct. When we use the auxilliary 'did' in the question form or 'didn't' in the negative form, we have already placed the sentence in the past tense, so the verb which follows is not conjugated and stays in its base form. 'Did you have....?' 'I didn't have...'
