Default Can you please correct these sentences?

My dear and respected teachers,
1 : "Of what subject paper did you write today".? correct it please.
2 : "I don't have much vocabulary of English language that's why I don't feel confident when speaking it". Correct?
3 : "A fish bone stuck in my throat". correct?
4 : "I helped him in improving English" correct

  2. I am not fluent in English therefore I do not feel confident speaking.
  3. A fish had stuck in my throat.
  4. I helped him improve his English.
