Hi all
right, the thing is...embarrassed to say. but i dont know how to ask or prepare concept questions.
I find it really hard to think about the questions needed to ask and how to explain them.
so does anyone have any suggestions and comments about it
would really help

yes i mean with questions, after correcting them and how to explain to the student what/how the correct answer is:
I need some advices.

From your explanations, I've understood that you want some expressions and sentences used to tell others about their mistakes. And how you are going to correct them.
anyway,
You can say: for example,
The correct answer is A.
The correct choice is B.
This is not the correct answer.
The best answer is C.
Or have you meant how to form a question using what, why, how, when and where.?

like example the first one ...advises.
to explain whats the correct answer and how u obtain the correct answer explaining to the student.
