" There is no Fed- Ex yet". I thought the correct way to say this was "There isnt any Fed Ex"

Can you tell me why "there is no" is not correct to use?

If the lines answer the question "Has the Fed Ex arrived?" then both are correct. Is no and isn't any mean the same thing. To pluralize, say are no and aren't any.

The yet is optional. It makes clear that you do expect a Fed Ex to arrive.
