Please, urgent.
Would you please correct the following introduction, it's really important.

We have a celebration at school, and we are supposed to have a very good introduction for the opening speech.

Here it is:

My dear director, my darling teachers, my brothers students. you're welcome in our final celebration.

I appreciate your help.

Teachers, where are you?

My dear teachers and experts. You're welcome to join us in answering what has just been written above.

Would you mind giving me a little opinion?

Mr Headmaster, teachers, fellow-students, I have the honour and pleasure to welcome you to the graduation ceremony...

Aside from the formal opening in letters, you have to decide if you want to use 'dear'. It means a beloved person, not the usual relationship with a director.

Likewise 'darling' is a term of endearment usually reserved for use between lovers, and perhaps to your children.

You could say brother students, note the singular, if you wanted to express you feel some kind of fraternal kinship. I always get wary when I hear people using such terms to me. It usually means they are going to ask for something.
