Good guess, but no.

"Trailer park" here is a put-down of poor people - that is, people who live in trailer parks. It means the writer likes to make fun of poor people. It's a very snobbish Americanism.

People who live in trailer parks in the US are often stereotyped as being "white trash" or low-class. If you've ever seen an episode of COPS, you'll note that quite often the domestic dispute calls (husband beating his wife, wife beating her husband, etc) are at trailer parks. So the folks who are willing to go on national television (like the Jerry Springer Show) to reveal their family problems ("my stepfather impregnated me!") are often referred to as "trailer trash" or "trailer park people."
