"Everyone" is a compound word made up of "every" and "one." Does the "one" tell you anything about which word to use?
PS - And what does that tell you about using "their"?

Re: Grammatical errors
I think it should be "everyone has completed their work", that sounds right to me
(I am not a teacher, though)

Re: Grammatical errors
j123: you live among English speakers every day of your life, with English as your native tongue.
Are you telling us that you can't comprehend what Charlie B has handed to you on a plate??
If so, then rather than asking us to write out the whole answer for you, you need to tell your teacher you're unsure, so that she knows and can do some remedial teaching with you.
Oh, and welcome to the forum.

In other words, how does this sound to you?:
-Have she completed their work?
Would you change anything?
PS - Hey, J, where do you live?

PS to David -
It's like I'm always telling you, we don't speak English here. Or if we do, it is a second language!
