Hi,
when you mean "small fragment of time", is there a single word that represent the meaning?
For example, in a sentence like "you have to efficiently use small fragments of time to be successful."

I suggest the following: "every second", "every moment", "every minute", or "every tick of the clock".

There are several words used to express small but indeterminate small periods of time.

"I will be with you in a moment"
"I will be back in a jiffy"
"I will have it done in a flash"
"That will take me a while"

However, your sentence would seem to indicate you want larger periods, hours or days whilst still being indeterminate.
