In the context of the question, this is not a valid response. 2a) is correct.
3) Are any students in the classroom?
You need "there" before "any"
3a) Yes, there are some (students in the classroom).

3b) Yes, there are.
4) Are there students in the classroom?

4a) Yes, there are (students in the classroom).

4b) Yes, there are some (students in the classroom).
A) I haven't got money.
