    do you want me to warm it up?
    do you want it hot?

    hi,

    the sandwhich is cold.

    how do I say, please, if I want to know if the customer wants the sandwhich hot?

    HI jctgf,

    "... warm it up" or "warmed (up)" will work just fine. Thus either:
    Do you want me to warm it up?
    Would you like it warmed (up)?
