I did some research for reflexive pronouns but I don't get how they work:
http://www.google.ca/search?hl=en&q=...selves%22&meta=
Are these correct? What do they mean?
1. We're going to save
you from
yourselves. (What is the subject and verb here? How come it isn't 'yourself'? )
2. We're going to save
you people from
yourselves. (If #1 is correct, why? How come it isn't 'you people' for #1?)
3. We are going to save you from
yourself.
4. We are going to save you from
yourselves.
5. You should take care of the matter yourselves. 6. You should take care of the matter yourself. 7. You (people) should all watch out for yourselves. (How come I don't need 'people' in here for 'yourselves'?)
What do these mean? For the sentence way above, which one should I use?
8. But I don't get how
they work:
9. But I don't get how
these work:
Thanks.
