Is it correct when I say that the meaning is "I come here without any invitation, but I'm interested in something than i decide to come"

Yes, you're close.
The main meaning of "come on my own" is that no one need (force)(tell) me to come. I alone (will)(did) decide to come.
"come on my own" can also mean 'come alone'.

Don't forget to use capitals at the beginning of sentences, and punctuation.
I am not a teacher.
Re: Grammatical correction
'On one's own' is the same as 'by oneself' (=without anybody's help).
