I am confused by these three words: heredity/heritage/inheritance.
Please explain their similarities and differences. It would be most helpful if examples could be given.

Heredity is normally used for biology- diseases passed down, etc.

Heritage is often used for the cultural legacy a country of place has, though can also mean money and properety passed down.

Inheritance is confined to money and property passed down.
