I have looked up my dictionary about "come on".
This sentence seem have positive meanings like start game, hurry up, and make progress also have negative meanings like stop, don't kidding.
So, Which meaning do you usually feel in such case? And, is there any way of recognize?

A:Can we play baseball? I can go your home soon. (on telephone)
B:Come on.

You can usually recognise from context, tone of voice etc. If someone means 'hurry up' they will sound negative, while if they are encouraging you, they will sound positive.
