May have+used to+BFV

Hello,
Is this construction right or wrong,May have+used to+BFV.For example:
1)You may have used to speak a lot.
2)Ali is not a hardworking student but he used to get positions,he may have used to work hard.
I would be highly thankful to u if u make me understand.If any one knows any good book for learning different structures or any web related to that,plz tell me.Cheers

1 is OK, but 2 is a bit confused, does this sound better:

Ali is not a hard working student but he may have to get used to working hard if hewants to get a good job.
