sentence paraphrase please
It's very hard for me to understand the following sentences in bold. Would anyone please explain what they are saying in easy English?
1. Nearly every organization includes some form of stating that their employees are a tremendous strength and usually that their leadership team are a weakness---unless it is the leadership team who are conducting the SWOT when they naturally consider their leadership exemplary. However, few are able to justify the assertion when challenged.
In the above, you don't have to explain what SWOT is.
2. The exploration of organizational values and the nature of the brands cannot be completed with one list of bullet point words on a powerpoint slide. For example, if the values include 'honesty' that will impact on every employee's interaction with every point of contact---internal and external. This would need the consequences exploring and majoring rather than being merely described and considered minor.
Especially, what's the meaning of 'majoring'? The whole sentence is confusing.
Re: sentence paraphrase please
The statement says that employees are a strenght and their leadership are a weakness, But, the leadership team(who are conducting....) do not think so(when they......)If the statement is done by them.
This would need the consequence to be explored and to be majored rather than......
majored here could be subsituted by prioritized
