A) Is there any difference between the meanings of:
1-There is someone in the kitchen.
and:
2-Someone is in the kitchen.

B)Is there any difference between the meanings of:
3-Someone has been in the kitchen.
and:
4-There has been someone in the kitchen.

1&2 are pretty much the same. I might use 2 to alert someone.

4 is correct, but sounds a bit weird.
