do we say respecable or reputable politicians? Or any other adjective???

And what other adverbs can we use when we want to say : I vigorously disagre...

You can use either.

Respectable = worthy of respect
Reputable = of good repute

These come from the BNC, with the search-string [av*] agree ([av*] means 'any adverb', so a few don't fit; but many do.)
