Transitivity

I am analysing a section of the Martin Luther King speech for transitivity but i'm struggling to distinguish what processes certain clauses are. For example:

'I have a dream that one day this nation will rise up and live out the true meaning of its creed: "We hold these truths to be self evident: that all men are created equal."

Would 'I have a dream' be considered material as he
is having the dream 'have' being an action, or would it be behavioural as a
dream is a state of consciousness?

I would appreciate any help. Thank you.

It wouldn't be material; i.e., *what he did with the dream was have it. (Re: I have a dream that one day ... .)

I thought it was behavioural but I was very unsure as I struggle with transitivity, therefore I will probaby opt for your choice (mental)
