Default heard

I'd like to know which is correct.
If correct, which is natural?

1, Now is an important time to have your voice be heard.
2, Now is an important time to have your voice heard.

Default Re: heard

(2) is natural, and may be a shortened form of (1). It means to have something arranged, and it works similarly for 'get':

I had my hair done.
They haven't gotten their car fixed yet.
