Cool Question in imperative

hello,
Can we ask question in imperatives???I m not talking about question tags.I m asking about Interrogative as per my knowledge is concerned there r Affirmative and Negative sentences in IMPERATIVES but Interrogative and Interronegative don't exist in IMPERATIVE sentences so i wanna ask ........

There is no TAX in giving reply so plz do reply.

'Open the door?'

I cannot imagine a command as a question. It could be a rhetorical question, I suppose, such as:

'Would you open the door?'

Yes, I think that would qualify as both interrogative and imperative.
