I came across the expression "a suggest from..." on the net.

I would say "a suggestion from"... Is "suggest" correct/acceptable?

Sounds like a 'cool' colloquialism, similar to a humourous one, smacking of double entendre coined in a Gimme Gimme Gimme TV episode, when one character said, "That's ridic!", being short for 'ridiculous'.
