Which one is correct:
1-Dancing is how she keeps in shape.
2-By dancing is how she keeps in shape.

The first one is correct. If you want to use 'by dancing', you should phrase it like this: she keeps in shape by dancing.

What Lib said. You could also say 'Dancing is what keeps her in shape' if you want another possibility.
