    Cool past participle clause

    HI,

    I have to replace the following sentence into a participle clause. can you help me?

    "letters that are mailed before 5 o'clock p.m. should arrive the next day."

    should it be:

    "mailed letters before 5 o'clock p.m. should arrive the next day."
