how do i look up an antonym for the word sensor?

i can't figure it out

Thesaurus.com gives synonyms and antonyms. However, I can't think of an antonym for sensor; a sensor is a machine to detect something, so why build a machine not to detectsomething. If you check here, you'll see that Thesaurus.com doesn't give an antonym for the word.
