Hello.
- No one person in ten thousand has any definite aim in life.
- No one person out of ten thousand has any definite aim in life.
Which sounds natural?

Both are correct and natural in the portion you compare, but the first word should be "Not" in both examples. To me, then, the first would sound a bit smoother.
