Using bullet points... how to use them?

I am writing some bullet points in my CV about my major achievements and I want to write:

MAJOR ACHIEVEMENTS

• Managed a change project for four years
• Managed the launch of a new bank started up from scratch
• Implemented an innovative and fully integrated CRM

Or have I to use I at the beginning:

• I Managed a change project for four years
• I Managed the launch of a new bank started up from scratch
• I Implemented an innovative and fully integrated CRM

???
