Hi, all

I want to write a Out of Office AutoReply message, Can I say like below:

Thank you for your letter.
My term of office was expiry on April 30th.
Please contact me at my private email address at: EMAIL REMOVED - Send PM to This User Instead, or my mobile phone number is 11111111.

Hi. Anglika,

Thank you for your reply. what's your mean by.....?hehe how's this message? I mean is that professional message? Or how a native speaker write a leave office message? I want to let others know that my work email is no longer use, just contact me with private contact information.

It is ok as it is, though you may want to make it absolutely clear that you are no longer with the company:

"As my term of exployment expired on [date], I am no longer available on this email address. I can be contacted on my personal email address: xxxxxx"
