we need books

We are studying at Master of Arts in language teaching at Ondokuzmayıs
University in Samsun, Turkey. We are trying to do our best with what we
have but it is not enough since we do not have a private library for
our department. In other big cities such as İstanbul or Ankara, students
have the chance of finding books in different university libraries. But here
in Samsun, there is not such an oppurtunity. The only place we can search
for books is the university library which is quiet limited considering our
specific study area. As a result, we have difficulty in finding resources
for our works and we do not know where to apply to solve this problem.
At that point we decided to ask your recommendations. Is there any hope?

With distance learning MA programmes, students obtain their resources either from online libraries (try searching under "online language or linguistics libraries") or from inter-library loans, which you may want to consider looking into at the universities in Istanbul and Ankara.
