Momentum or moment?
I have read both definitions but I still don’t see the difference clear to me; could you help me with a couple of examples? Thanks.

Momentum is a word you will never have to use unless you are a physicist.
Moment is a period of time, among other things.
I'll be with you in a moment. It happened a few moments ago.
The momentum kept the car moving after the driver jumped out.
Can you give some examples of where you are unsure of which word to use.
