Relative clause reduction
Dear teachers,
can you help me with this?
Which is correct and what is the difference?:
I have a sentence:
"the foreign language which is being taught in most schools is English"
a)The foreign language taught in most schools is English
b)The foreign language being taught in most schools is English
Thank you
